Am nördlichen Standort Campus Forschungsflughafen Braunschweig soll für die Technische Universität Braunschweig der Forschungsneubau CPC umgesetzt werden. Der Neubau CPC erstreckt sich über zwei, über einen Verbindungsbaukörper erschlossene, Gebäudeteile, der Gebäudeteil Büro und der Gebäudeteil Technikum in dem experimentell gearbeitet wird. Im Außenbereich soll eine Anlieferung, ein Parkplatz und Aufstellflächen für Zyklisiercontainer entstehen.

Lots Lot 1 — Eigenstromversorgungsanlagen - Neubau CPC, Geb. 9997, Hermann-Blenk-Straße, 38108 Braunschweig: Auf dem Gebäudeteil Technikum wird die PV-Anlage in Ost-West Ausrichtung quer liegend mit 10 Grad Neigung erstellt. Auf dem Gebäudeteil Büro wir die PV-Anlage in Ost-West Ausrichtung quer liegend mit 10 Grad, hochkant liegend mit 10 Grad Neigung sowie hochkant mit 30 Grad Neigung erstellt. Auf dem Parkplatz wird eine Unterkonstruktion für die Überdachung mit den PV-Modulen erstellt. Die Module dienen als Stellplatz. Es werden ca. 629 Module bis zu 0,5Wp auf den Dächern verbaut (Beigefügtes Gutachten zur Blendfreiheit beachten). Es werden ca. 528 Module bis zu 0,5Wp auf dem Parkplatz verbaut (Beigefügtes Gutachten zur Blendfreiheit beachten).
