Im Zuge des Umbaus der Grundschule Ebstorf werden übergangsweise Unterrichtsräume benötigt. Diese sollen durch eine vom Auftragnehmer zu errichtende Containeranlage geschaffen werden. Die Containeranlage besteht aus einem Erd- und einem Obergeschoss.

Lots Lot 1 — Erstellung Containeranlage für die Grundschule Ebstorf zur Miete: Gesamtabmessung der Kombination: Länge x Breite x Höhe circa 25,00m x 15,50m x 6,00m zzgl. ca. 12,50 m x 6,00 m (Endausbaustufe), lichte Raumhöhe circa 2,50m, Schulraumgröße mind. ca. 55-60 qm (2 mal) und ca. 70 qm (4 mal); Erweiterung: 2 x ca. 70 qm (nach ca. 18 Monaten) Wesentliche Ausstattungsmerkmale: außen liegender Sonnenschutz als Außenraffstore, Zwei-oder Dreischeiben-Isolierverglasung aus Wärmeschutzglas, Ug-Wert 1,1 W/m²K oder besser, Vordach über Haupteingang, Eingangspodeste mit Treppen, Eingangsrampe, Außentreppe als 2. Rettungsweg aus OG (Stahltreppe); Heizungsinstallation: Klassenräume und Technikraum: Elektro-Wandkonvektoren ca. 2,0 kW, wandhängend, Sanitärräume: Elektroschnellheizer ca. 1,0 kW, wandhängend; Klimatisierung mit Klimasplitgeräten; Beleuchtung: Die Klassenräume sind mit mind. 500 LUX auszustatten; Fluchtwegleuchten: Einzelakkuleuchten 8W/3h, inkl. Leitungsführungskanal Container Außenbeleuchtung: Scheinwerfer, <= 30 W, zentrale Steuerung über Dämmerungsschalter und Zeitschaltuhr. Die für die Elektroinstallation einschl. der Elektroheizgeräte erforderliche Verkabelung müssen die Raummodule innerhalb der Raumkonstruktion enthalten. Die Elektroinstallation muss insgesamt den einschlägigen VDE- und DIN-Vorschriften entsprechen. Ein entsprechnedes Prüfprotokoll lt. VDE 0100 ist zu erstellen. IT-Verkabelung: DV-Einsätze 4 x RJ 45 Kat 7, einschließlich Verkabelung mittels Duplex Kabel Kat 7, Netzwerkschrank; funkvernetzte Rauchmelder; Sanitärinstallation; Schmutzwasseranschluß; Hausanschlüsse Strom, Wasser und Glasfaser; Bodenbelag als Hartboden, Materialstärke mindestens 2mm
