Lots Lot 1 — A 44, D061, Ratingen - Velbert im Abschnitt A 3 - L 156 - Umweltbaubegleitung für die Lose 2 und 5a: Die Bundesrepublik Deutschland, vertreten durch die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes, endvertreten durch die DEGES Deutsche Einheit Fernstraßenplanungs- und -bau GmbH beabsichtigt, den Neubau der Bundesautobahn 44 zwischen Ratingen und Vel-bert im Abschnitt A 3 - L 156 zu realisieren. Das Projekt "A 44 Ratingen - Velbert im Abschnitt A 3 - L 156" wird in folgende Lose unterteilt: Los 2 BW 2a, RWBA, SAL, STW Achse 205 Los 4 Los 4: A 44, BW 2, BW 3, BW 4, BW 5 Los 5a Verkehrssicherung Los 2 Los 5b Verkehrssicherung Los 4 Los 6a Fahrzeugrückhaltesysteme Stahl Los 6b Fahrzeugrückhaltesysteme Beton Los 7 Verkehrszeichenträger und Beschilderung Los 8 Markierung Los 9 Fäll- und Rodungsarbeiten Los 10 Landschaftsbau Trassenfern Los 11 Landschaftsbau Trassennah Los 12 Fernmeldetechnik A44 Los 13 AS Heiligenhaus Im Rahmen des Neubaus der BAB 44 wurde im Planfeststellungsverfahren eine Um-weltbaubegleitung beauflagt. Die vertragsgegenständliche Umweltbaubegleitung ist für das Los 2 (BW 2a, RWBA, Sal, STW Achse 205) und Los 5a (Verkehrssicherung Los 2) vorgesehen. Die Umweltbaubegleitung (UBB) gewährleistet die Umsetzung einer Baumaßnahme unter Beachtung aller umwelt- und naturschutzrechtlichen Vorschriften, der nachge-ordneten Normen, Richtlinien und Regelwerke und die Einhaltung der umwelt- und na-turschutzrechtlichen Vorgaben aus der Baurechtserlangung. Zielsetzung der Umwelt-baubegleitung ist es darüber hinaus, Umweltschäden und ggf. dadurch entstehenden Kosten und Zeitverzögerungen in der Bauabwicklung zu verhindern. Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die Umweltbaubegleitung gemäß Leistungsbeschreibung.
