Les prestations sont décomposées en 2 marchés, à savoir un marché ordinaire de fourniture et mise en oeuvre et un accord cadre maintenance et évolution. Les prestations du marché ordinaire sont réglées par un prix forfaitaire. La maintenance est passée sur accord cadre avec un montant maximum pour 4 ans de 140 000,00 euro(s) HT. Ces prestations comprennent notamment : - La fourniture d'une solution de gestion informatisée des dossiers ; - L'installation, le paramétrage, les éventuels développements nécessaires ; - L'assistance à la mise en oeuvre de la solution, avec les préconisations des équipements et version des composants logiciels (plateforme, système d'exploitation, composants logiciels associés) ; - La reprise des données existantes ; - La mise en place et l'hébergement des guichets numériques pour les usagers ; - Les formations des utilisateurs, des administrateurs techniques et fonctionnels ; - Le support technique et fonctionnel de la solution ; - La maintenance évolutive et corrective de la solution. Il est envisagé de retenir un maximum de 4 candidats, à qui il sera demandé de remettre une offre
