Hankinnan kohteena on lasituskorjaukset Espoon Asunnot Oy:n omistamiin kiinteistöihin. Hankinta on jaettu kahteen alueeseen: etelä ja pohjoinen. Kumpaankin alueeseen valitaan 1 toimija. Tilaaja ei voi kertoa tarkkoja määriä ennalta eikä luvata tiettyä määrää töitä sopimusaikana. Hintalistojen määräkertoimet ovat ainoastaan tarjousten vertailua varten.
