Tämän kilpailutuksen tavoitteena on saada sopimuskumppanit Espoon Asuntojen kiinteistöjen viheralueiden hoitoon vihersopimusalueille 2.3 ja 3.3. Sopimukset tulevat olemaan kestoltaan toistaiseksi voimassa olevia. Kiinteistöalueille valitaan lisäksi varatoimittaja tarjouskilpailun menestyksen perusteella sopimuskumppaneiksi valittujen jälkeisiltä sijoilta. Hankinta on jaettu kahteen osaan. Kumpaankin osaan valitaan yksi toimija. Tarjota saa molempia osia, mutta valituksi voi tulla vain yhteen osaan. Osa 1: Viherhoitoalue 2.3 Osa 2: Viherhoitoalue 3.3 Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin liitteenä olevassa tarjouspyynnössä.
Lots Lot 1 — Vihersopimusalue 2.3: Espoon Asunnot Oy:n Soukka, Espoonlahti, Kivenlahti, Tillinmäki ja Saunalahti alueilla kiinteistöjen viheralueiden hoidon vuosisopimuksen mukaisia viherhoitotöitä tämän sopimuksen ja sopimuksen liitteiden mukaisesti toteutettuna. Viheralueiden hoitosopimukseen kuuluvat kiinteistöt on lueteltu tämän sopimuksen liitteenä olevassa tarjouslomakkeessa Lot 2 — Vihersopimusalue 3.3: Espoon Asunnot Oy:n Järvenperä, Kalajärvi, Karhusuo, Lippajärvi, Lähderanta, Niipperi, Vanhakartano alueilla kiinteistöjen viheralueiden hoidon vuosisopimuksen mukaisia viherhoitotöitä tämän sopimuksen ja sopimuksen liitteiden mukaisesti toteutettuna. Viheralueiden hoitosopimukseen kuuluvat kiinteistöt on lueteltu tämän sopimuksen liitteenä olevassa tarjouslomakkeessa
