Details

Espoon Asunnot kilpailuttaa asuinrakennuskohteiden työmaavalvonnan puitejärjestelynä. Hankinta on jaettu seuraaviin osa-alueisiin: 1. Talonrakennustöiden valvonta 2. LVIA -töiden valvonta 3. Sähkötöiden valvonta Tarjoaja voi tehdä tarjouksen yhteen, kahteen tai kaikkiin osa-alueisiin. Hankinta toteutetaan puitejärjestelynä. Tässä hankinnassa puitejärjestelyllä tarkoitetaan Tilaajan ja osa-alueittain yhden toimittajan välistä sopimusta (voi myös olla yksi toimittaja, joka valitaan kaikkiin osa-alueisiin). Puitejärjestelyyn perustuvat hankinnat tehdään puitejärjestelyssä vahvistettujen ehtojen mukaisesti. Puitesopimus ei muodosta Tilaajalle määräostovelvoitetta.

Lots Lot 1 — Talonrakennustöiden valvonta (estimated 200000): Uudisrakennus - ja peruskorjauskohteiden rakennusteknisten töiden työmaavalvonta tehtäväluettelon RT 103171 mukaisesti. Tehtävään sisältyy kaikkien luettelon valvontatehtävien lisäksi ne luettelon erikseen tilattavat tehtävät, jotka on luettelossa rastittu (ks. liitteenä oleva tehtäväluettelo). Valvontaan voidaan tapauskohtaisesti sisällyttää, erikseen tilattavat tehtävät (ks. liitteenä oleva tehtäväluettelo), joista annetaan erillishinta/-tarjous: - turvallisuuskoordinaattori - kosteudenhallintakoordinaattori - puhtaudenhallintakoordinaattori Osa-alueeseen valitaan yksi (1) palveluntuottaja, joka saa tarjouskilpailun parhaimmat hinta-laatupisteet. Varasijalle valitaan toiseksi parhaimmat hinta-laatupisteet saanut palveluntuottaja. Lot 2 — LVIA -töiden valvonta (estimated 150000): Uudisrakennus - ja peruskorjauskohteiden LVIA-töiden työmaavalvonta tehtäväluettelon RT 103172 mukaisesti. Tehtävään sisältyy kaikkien luettelon valvontatehtävien lisäksi ne luettelon erikseen tilattavat tehtävät, jotka on luettelossa rastittu (ks. liitteenä oleva tehtäväluettelo).
