Hankinnan kohteena on asuinkerrostalojen rakentaminen Helsingin Hermanninrantaan SR-urakkana sisältäen kokonaissuunnittelun (mm. ark, rak, lvias, energia, pohjarakennus, elinkaari, akustiikka) ja rakennusteknisten töiden lisäksi kaikki LVIAS- ja pihatyöt. Kokonaisurakkaan lukeutuvat: - Tontit 21685/2 ja 21685/3 (yhdistetään mahdollisesti myöhemmin) Heka Hermanninranta Albumikatu 3 Hankkeen erityispiirteitä: - Kohde koostuu kahdesta erillisestä kerrostalosta ja piha-alueesta, jotka muodostavat puolet korttelikokonaisuudesta. - Kohde voidaan toteuttaa joko puu- tai betonirunkoisena. Betonirunko edellyttää poikkeamispäätöksen hakemista, josta urakoitsija vastaa. - Asuntoala n. 11 040 asm2 ja liiketilan ala n. 55 htm2 lukeutuvat tarjouspyyntöön hankittavaan määrään. - Urakoitsija vastaa kaikesta suunnittelusta. Suunnittelu voidaan aloittaa esisopimuksen allekirjoituksen jälkeen. Rakennustyön arvioitu alkamisajankohta on 04/2028 ja työt tulee aloittaa viimeistään 06/2028. Hankintaa ei jaeta osiin, sillä usean toimittajan malli tuottaisi epätarkoituksenmukaisen sopimuskokonaisuudenaikataulunhallinnan sekä töiden yhteensovittamisen kannalta. Hankinnan kohde on tarkemmin kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevissa kaupallisissa ja teknisissä asiakirjoissa.
