Details

Hankinnan kohteena ovat tilaajan kiinteistöjen kokonaisvaltaiset isännöintipalvelut. Palvelun tulee sisältää vähintään taloushallinto, kirjanpito ja tilinpäätösten laatiminen, vuokravalvonta ja vuokrien perintä, kiinteistöhallinto, kiinteistöjen ylläpidon ja kunnossapidon koordinointi sekä hallinnollinen isännöinti. Palveluntuottaja toimii hallituksen sihteerinä, valmistelee kokousasiat sekä huolehtii päätösten täytäntöönpanosta. Asuntohakemukset toimitetaan isännöitsijälle, joka valmistelee ne hallituksen käsiteltäviksi. Hallitus tekee päätökset asukasvalinnoista. Palveluntuottajalla tulee olla käytössään oma ohjelmisto, tekninen laitteisto sekä tarkoituksenmukaiset toimitilat palvelun tuottamiseksi. Palveluntuottajalta edellytetään vahvaa paikallistuntemusta Hangon alueesta, mukaan lukien paikalliset asuntomarkkinat sekä alueen asukkaiden ja asiakkaiden tarpeet. Palveluntuottajan tulee pystyä hoitamaan tehtäviä paikan päällä Hangossa. Tähän sisältyvät muun muassa asuntojen esittelyt, sopimusten allekirjoittaminen, asiakastapaamiset sekä osallistuminen kokouksiin tilaajan tiloissa tai muussa sovitussa paikassa. Palveluntuottajan henkilöstöllä tulee olla hyvä suullinen ja kirjallinen suomen ja ruotsin kielen taito. Lisäksi palvelua tulee voida tarjota asiakaslähtöisesti myös henkilöille, joiden äidinkieli on muu kuin suomi tai ruotsi.
