Visit Qatar is seeking proposals for the planning, development, and delivery of Al Ruwais Festival 2027, a signature coastal destination experience in the north of Qatar. Building on the unique heritage, culture, and maritime identity of Al Ruwais, the festival aims to transform the town into a vibrant visitor destination through a thoughtfully curated mix of entertainment, cultural programming, heritage experiences, family-focused activities, food and beverage offerings, retail opportunities, and supporting event infrastructure. The festival is intended to attract both local residents and international visitors while contributing to Qatar’s tourism growth and regional destination development ambitions. Visit Qatar invites experienced event management, production, and experiential agencies to submit comprehensive proposals demonstrating their approach to the creative development, planning, design, build, operation, maintenance, and overall management of this flagship activation. The selected partner will be expected to deliver an authentic and memorable visitor experience that reflects the distinctive character of Al Ruwais while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, sustainability, and operational excellence. Key information:  Project Title: Al Ruwais Festival 2027  Event Location: Al Ruwais, Northern Qatar  Site Capacity: Maximum 700 visitors at any given time and 4,000 daily throughputs  Event Dates: 11 Mar 2027 – 27 Mar 2027  Operating Hours:  Sunday to Friday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM  Saturday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM  Event Duration: 18 Days  Expected Attendance: Up to maximum site capacity throughout the event period  Accessibility & Ticketing: Entry will be restricted to ticket holders only. Ticket pricing and categories shall be determined by Visit Qatar at a later stage.  Soft Opening: One full operational mock run before opening
