TENDER DRAWINGS 61 3 INTERIOR FURNISHING WORK AT ARTHALA BRANCH, GHAZIABAD, UP Notice Inviting Tender State Bank of India invites online Tenders on item rate basis from the Bank’s Empaneled Contractors / vendors / firms of Delhi Circle for Interior Furnishing Works- Category -10 Lakh for Interior Furnishing Work for Existing Branch at Arthala, Ghaziabad (UP), Details of tenders are as under: 1. Name of Work : Interior Furnishing Work for Existing Branch at Arthala, Ghaziabad (UP) 2. Estimated cost Rs.9,72,000/- (Rupees Nine Lakh Seventy Two Thousand only) 3. Time allowed for completion : 30 days from date of handing over of the site. 4. Earnest Money Deposit : Rs. 9,700/- (Rupees Nine Thousand Seven Hundred only) by crossed Bank Draft / Banker’s Cheque drawn in favour of State Bank of India payable at Ghaziabad (to be enclosed in sealed envelope as a part of Technical Bid). There is no EMD exemption for NSIC/ MSME registered bidders 5. Initial Security Deposit : 2% of the total value of the contract including Earnest Money. 6. Pre- Bid Meeting : N/a. 7. Last date and time of receipt of Tenders : 29/10/2026 upto 3.00 p.m. 8. Place of opening Tenders : State Bank of India, RBO-3,Navyug Market, Ghaziabad, UP 11. Defects Liability Period : 12 months from the date of handing over of the project to the satisfaction of Bank. 12. Validity of Offer : 90 days from the date of opening the Tenders. 13. Liquidated Damages : At the rate of 0.5% of the Contract Value per week which subject to a maximum of 5% of the accepted Contract Value. No tenders will be issued in the delay period. 4 INTERIOR FURNISHING WORK AT ARTHALA BRANCH, GHAZIABAD, UP 14 Additional Performance Deposit (ASD) / Additional Performance Guarantee (APG) ASD/ APG shall be deposited by the bidder whose bid is accepted only if their bid amount is 10% or more below to the estimated cost put to tender. The Amount of such ASD / ASG shall be the difference amount between 90% of the estimated cost and the accepted price / bid FDR (in the name of contractor & SBI) or Bank Guarantee drawn on any other nationalized Bank (except SBI) may also be accepted as ASD / APG. ASD/APG should be deposited/submitted within 15 days of date of issue of letter of Acceptance / work order. ASD shall be returned only after completion of the work to the satisfaction of the Bank. 15 Important Note The Bidders need to enclose list of ongoing works in SBI Delhi Circle with scheduled completion date as per NIT / work order. In case more than 2 works (under SBI Delhi Circle) are delayed beyond scheduled date of completion, such bidders themselves should refrain from participating in bidding process till their works are completed and renovated / completed works are handed over to the Bank. Such bidders may not qualify for the participation in bidding process and their price bid may not be opened at the sole discretion of the Bank. Mode of Submission of Tender: The tender shall be submitted in both physical and online in two cover system in accordance with the procedure detailed herein below. Specified documents shall be sealed in envelopes of appropriate size each of which shall be sealed. 1) First Envelope marked Cover 1 shall contain Earnest Money Deposit along with Covering Letter and Processing Fee. 2) Second Envelope marked Cover 2 shall contain only the duly signed and stamped priced Bill of Quantities. 3) Envelope marked Cover 3 shall be of adequate size and shall contain envelopes marked Covers 1 & 2 and shall be properly sealed. This envelope shall be endorsed on the outside face as under: “Interior Furnishing Work for Existing Branch at Arthala, Ghaziabad (UP)” The envelope marked Cover 3 containing the tender documents as per instructions mentioned above shall be submitted in the office of Regional Manager, RBO-3 Navyug Market, Ghaziabad, UP on Or Before 3.00 p.m. on 29/10/2026. Envelope marked Cover 1 containing Earnest Money Deposit along with Covering Letter and Cost of Tender Document, will be opened if the Earnest Money Deposit or Processing Fee is not found as prescribed, the tender shall be rejected. In case the date of opening of tenders is declared as a holiday, the tenders will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
