Each SATA port should support up to 8 TB HDD capacity, allowing for future CCTV footage storage scalability and expansion. 2 RFP Clause No-1, Scope of Work 11  Training for school authorities on system operation and basic troubleshooting.  The selected bidder shall be responsible for providing end user training. Clarification: The training shall be provided to the person nominated by the respective School Authority/Headmaster. 3 RFP Clause, Eligibility Criteria, Point No-iv 12 The average annual turnover of the bidder for the last three financial years ending with 31st March 2025, should be minimum 8 Cr. Proof of audited balance sheets as evidence that the bidder has financial capability to perform the contract and that the bidder is a profit-making company. A Certificate from the Statutory Auditor/CA also be submitted in respect of financial capability. The validity of DD/BG should be at least three months from the date of floating of tender. The EMD shall be only in the form of Demand Draft (DD)/Bank Guarantee (BG)/Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) in favour of Odisha Computer Application Centre (OCAC), payable at Bhubaneswar drawn in any schedule bank.
