UNDP in Viet Nam is looking for a qualified National consulting firm/ institute/ organization for development of a Bankable Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) Framework for the first Offshore Wind Projects in Viet Nam.
Duty Station: Ha Noi, Viet Nam
Assignment duration: 23 November 2026 - 28 February 2027
