The purposed of this amendment is to incorporate TAA requirements into Attachmet I - Terms and Conditions. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Statement of Requirement To procure a device (bio calorimeter) capable of measuring the metabolic output or heat from small cells (living organisms) and bacteria. This device must perform these functions with high-throughput capabilities and can maintain anoxic microenvironments for monitor metabolic output under anaerobic conditions. This requirement is subject to 52.225-5 Trade Agreements (Nov 2023) and 52.225-6 Trade Agreement Certificates ( Feb 2021).
