Details

The IZOLYATSIA Foundation, in collaboration with Malý Berlín and Trans Europe Halles, has launched the second call for proposals under the ZMINA:Resilience program. This initiative aims to support co-creation projects between Ukrainian artists and cultural organizations and their counterparts from Creative Europe countries, focusing on resilience. The application deadline is 4 December 2026. The ZMINA:Resilience program is designed to foster international collaboration on resilience-themed projects across various artistic and cultural sectors, excluding the audio-visual sector. These projects must involve at least one Ukrainian partner and another partner from a Creative Europe country, each contributing significantly to the project’s success. Eligible applicants are organizations active in arts and culture within Creative Europe countries, including EU and non-EU members. Ukrainian organizations must be registered in areas under government control. Individual artists must participate through an eligible organization. Projects require at least two partners from different countries, one being Ukraine. This funding opportunity is vital for fostering international artistic collaboration, contributing to cultural resilience, and enhancing intercultural dialogue. By supporting co-creation, the program encourages diverse cultural exchanges and strengthens community ties across borders. What is the maximum grant amount available? Each project can receive up to €25,000, covering 90% of eligible costs. Who can apply for this funding? Organizations in Creative Europe countries active in arts and culture sectors, with at least one Ukrainian partner. What activities are eligible for funding? Activities necessary for project development and local presentations, including travel and organizational tasks. What is the deadline for application submission?

Applications must be submitted by 23: 59 on 4 December 2026 (Kyiv time).

How is funding disbursed? Funding is 70% disbursed upon signing the grant agreement, with the remainder after report approval. Eligible applicants should carefully review the official guidelines and prepare their submissions by the deadline. Ensure all partners and project elements meet the specified criteria to maximize the chances of success.
