Умови оплати: Оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ за цим Договором

проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ на 15 (п’ятнадцятий) календарний день з дати підписання Акта прийому-передачі товару або видаткової накладної за умови реєстрації податкової накладної, оформленої не пізніше ніж за 3 (три) календарні дні до дати оплати, визначеної цим пунктом та оформленої згідно з вимогами законодавства України. У разі, якщо ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИК не є платником ПДВ оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ за цим Договором проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ на 15 (п’ятнадцятий) календарний день з дати підписання Акта прийому-передачі товару або видаткової накладної та відповідно до рахунку-фактури на поставлену партію ТОВАРУ. У разі якщо дата оплати припадає на вихідний, святковий, неробочий день, оплата здійснюється на наступний робочий день після вихідного, святкового, неробочого дня. Строк поставки – протягом 30 (тридцять) календарних днів з дати надання письмової рознарядки ПОКУПЦЕМ, але не пізніше 31.12.2026.
