The project is inclusive of all works described in the design documentation as required to construct and maintain a new fully functional and operational road and parkland at 42-46 Galbraith Park Drive, Cannon Valley 4802 (Lot 902 on SP173637).

A non-mandatory Tender Site Briefing will be held Thursday 27th August 2026, 10.00am. The location of the meeting is Galbraith Park, Galbraith Park Drive, Cannonvale 4802, meeting at the Picnic table.

N.B. PPE is a requirement to attend this site, at a minimum Hi-Vis long-sleeved shirt, full length pants, steel cap boots and eye protection, it is also recommended to wear sun protection.
