Whitsunday Regional Council (‘The Principal’) is requiring a qualified Contractor to carry out dredging works (Works) at the Whisper Bay Boat Ramp located at Altmann Avenue, Cannonvale Queensland (Site).

The Works include maintenance dredging within the designated dredging footprint, temporary spoil dewatering, management of dredged material, environmental controls, reporting, reinstatement and all incidental works necessary to complete the dredging works.

The Contractor must allow for all labour, plant, materials, equipment, supervision, temporary works, survey, environmental controls, reporting, approvals and incidental items necessary to complete the Works.

The Works are divided into the following:

a) Maintenance Dredging Works, and

b) Separable Portion 1: Dewatering and remediation.
