UNFPA hereby solicits a quotation for the Venue for workshop on Quarterly Stock Review (QSR) from 31 Aug to 2 Sept 2026 providing meals, hall and accommodation for the activity. The items required are related to the provision of meeting room arrangements, meals (AM Teabreak and Lunch) in Abuja FCT

This Request for Quotation is open to all legally-constituted and operational 3-4-star level hotels in Abuja that can directly provide the requested products and have legal capacity and residential base to deliver in Abuja FCT Nigeria.

Objective

The objective of the RFQ is to identify a supplier who can provide UNFPA with ALL of the mentioned products and services. The selected vendor is expected to provide such products and services, based on specific Purchase Orders submitted to the vendor
