Details

The County currently operates Unit4 ERP Continuous Release (CR) 26.1 in a cloud-hosted environment and requires access to experienced Unit4 resources capable of providing timely support and specialized expertise beyond standard vendor support. The County has utilized Unit4 ERP since 2024 and currently requires approximately 60 hours of supplemental support services per quarter, in addition to periodic project-based consulting and professional services. The County seeks a qualified and experienced service provider to support its ongoing operational, configuration, integration, reporting, payroll, training, and system enhancement requirements. The County currently utilizes several integrations and related systems, including Tempest, SmartRecruiters, and Unit4 Talent Management. The successful proponent may be required to provide support, troubleshooting, configuration assistance, and integration-related services associated with these systems and future integrations as required. Potential future integrations may include Asset Management and ComplyWorks solutions. Services may include, but are not limited to: Complex reporting and report development Custom forms and document configuration Workflow development, troubleshooting, and optimization Payroll configuration and support Automation development and maintenance Workspace configuration and enhancement Integration development, support, and troubleshooting Unit4 Extension Toolkit support Month-end and year-end support Upgrade planning, testing, and support Talent Management support and configuration User Training and knowledge transfer Troubleshooting and issue resolution Unit4 ticket management and vendor coordination System optimization and enhancement recommendations Temporary coverage during staff absences or resource constraints Additional project-based consulting and professional services Located in northwestern Alberta, on Treaty 8 Territory and in the Metis Nation of Alberta Zone 6, the County of Grande Prairie is home to a mix of urban and rural communities and immense opportunities.
