Le Cégep de Saint-Jérôme souhaite connaître les solutions logicielles permettant de soutenir la surveillance des examens réalisés à distance, notamment dans les activités de formation offertes par la Direction de la formation continue, des services aux entreprises et de l’international (DFCSEI). Dans un contexte où des personnes étudiantes suivent leur formation à distance, le Collège souhaite explorer les moyens permettant de vérifier l’identité des personnes évaluées, de favoriser le respect des consignes d’examen et de soutenir l’intégrité des évaluations, tout en préservant l’accessibilité de la formation et la protection des renseignements personnels. Le présent avis d’intérêt vise à mieux connaître les solutions disponibles sur le marché, leurs fonctionnalités, leurs conditions d’utilisation et leurs contraintes. Les renseignements recueillis permettront de préciser le besoin et de préparer un éventuel devis d’appel d’offres. Le Collège pourrait inviter certaines entreprises à présenter leur solution ou à en faire une démonstration.
