Details

The University requires the services of a contractor to support maintenance of its electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical infrastructure at the Toowoomba, Ipswich, and Springfield campuses, as well as two smaller satellite sites. The works include planned predictive and reactive maintenance, as well as corrective and reactive maintenance.

Please note Industry Briefings will be held at Toowoomba Campus 10 AM 6 October 2026 and Ipswich / Springfield 10 AM 8 October 2026 as per Tender documents. The Tenderer must contact the Principal’s Contact Officer via the Tender Lodgement Address by 5:00PM, 28 September 2026 to confirm Site Visit attendee names and details.
