1.1 OBJET DE L’APPEL D’OFFRES La Ville de Sept-Îles requiert des soumissions pour la réalisation des travaux de remplacement des finis de plancher en tapis à la bibliothèque Louis-Ange-Santerre, le tout conformément aux clauses techniques préparées par la firme DMG Architecture faisant partie intégrante du présent devis. 1.2 LOCALISATION DES TRAVAUX Les travaux auront lieu au 500, avenue Jolliet à Sept-Îles. 3.9 ÉCHÉANCIER DES TRAVAUX Les travaux devront être complétés, c’est-à-dire avoir reçu l’acceptation provisoire de la Ville, dans un délai maximal de 24 semaines consécutives après avoir obtenu l’autorisation de commencer. Les services de la bibliothèque seront relocalisés, et les travaux devront être réalisés conformément au phasage détaillé dans les clauses techniques. [...]
