SCOPE OF TENDER
To undertake Third-Party Verification (TPV) of the Social Protection Programme, covering the Utthaan and Helpline components. The assignment aims to independently verify reported achievements, assess the effectiveness of programme implementation, and validate beneficiary outreach and service delivery mechanisms related to social protection scheme linkages and helpline support provided to Safai Saathis.
