THE SAMPLES MUST CONFORM TO SPECIFICATIONS. ONE DIARY - SUPPLIER MUST BE ABLE TO DELIVER ALL PRODUCTS WITHIN 30 DAYS. PROVIDE A COMMITMENT LETTER - THE SUPPLIER MUST HAVE UNDERTAKEN WORKS OF A SIMILAR NATURE AND MAGNITUDE FOR COMPARABLE INSTITUTIONS IN THE PUBLIC OR PRIVATE SECTOR IN THE LAST THREE (3) YEARS. PROVIDE TWO LPOS/ CONTRACT - PROVIDE A COMMITMENT LETTER THAT YOU WILL ADHERE TO THE ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS - MUST FILL THE PRICE SCHEDULE AS PROVIDED
