This is a solicitation for a COTS streaming media platform prepared in accordance with the Administrative Offices of the U.S. Courts Judiciary Guide, Chapter 325 Small Purchase Procedures of Volume 14, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This solicitation is for a commercial off the shelf (COTS) media streaming (SAAS) platform. Responsible sources shall follow the instructions in the attached RFQ in order to be considered.  Questions are due by 2:00PM EST Sep. 10, 2026.
