Nictiz wil per perceel raamovereenkomsten sluiten met meerdere opdrachtnemers voor de tijdelijke inzet van specialistische externe professionals. Perceel 1 betreft Quality Assurance, waaronder het testen en valideren van software en standaarden. Perceel 2 betreft rollen rond het gezondheidsinformatiestelsel, gegevensuitwisseling en standaardisatie. Nadere opdrachten worden via mini-competities verstrekt.
