El objecto del contrato lo constituye la prestación del servicio de dinamización y promoción de la lectura así como la promoción y dinamización cultural en el espacio cultural-biblioteca Font de La Mina en Sant Adrián de Besòs. La Biblioteca Fuente de la Mina es un servicio dentro del conjunto del Espacio Cultural Fuente de La Mina de San Adrián de Besòs. Ambos espacios conforman el servicio cultural que se da en todo el espacio genérico (equipamiento municipal), llamado Espacio Cultural Fuente de La Mina en el que se tienen que distinguir, por un lado, la Biblioteca Fuenta de la Mina y, por otro, el propiamente dicho Espacio Cultural en el que se encuentran los servicios y salas para compartir tanto para los proyectos de dinamización de la lectura y cultura que realiza la Biblioteca com por las acciones culturales directamente dirigidas a entidades y población en general.
