El objeto del contrato es la prestación de servicios TIC especializados para la administración, operación, soporte técnico, monitorización operativa, coordinación y gestión integral de las infraestructuras, plataformas y servicios digitales gestionados por Informática del Ayuntamiento de Madrid, de acuerdo con el alcance funcional asignado a cada lote. Dichos servicios comprenden, según el lote correspondiente, la administración y operación de infraestructuras y plataformas digitales, la monitorización y operación transversal de servicios, y la oficina de gestión integral del servicio, todo ello con la finalidad de garantizar la continuidad, disponibilidad, seguridad, eficiencia y evolución controlada de los recursos tecnológicos municipales.
Lots Lot 1 — Administración de infraestructuras de plataformas digitales (estimated 27288070.59): El objeto de este lote es la contratación de los servicios especializados destinados a la administración y operación de sistemas informáticos, así como al soporte en el desarrollo de plataformas y aplicaciones gestionadas por IAM para el Ayuntamiento de Madrid. Este servicio consta de las siguientes prestaciones: Prestación 1 – Servicio Operativo Prestación 2 – Servicio evolutivo Las especificaciones técnicas figuran en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas Particulares. Lot 2 — Monitorización y operación de servicio (estimated 5685556.51): El objeto de este lote es la contratación de servicios especializados de monitorización, observabilidad, operación y mejora continua de los servicios digitales del Ayuntamiento de Madrid, así como el soporte transversal a la operación de sistemas, plataformas y aplicaciones gestionadas por el Organismo Autónomo Informática del Ayuntamiento de Madrid (IAM). Lot 3 — Oficina para la gestión integral del servicio (estimated 5592124.86): El objeto de este lote es la contratación de servicios de una Oficina Técnica o SMO (Service Management Office), que tiene como objetivo principal gobernar de forma integral y eficientemente el amplio abanico de servicios y prestaciones solicitadas en los lotes 1 y 2 del contrato, tanto a nivel global como particular para cada lote.
