Gegenstand dieses Vertrages sind regelmäßige tägliche Kurier- und Transportfahrten zum Dokumenten- und Warenaustausch für den Auftraggeber zwischen Bremen, Oldenburg und Hannover sowie bundesweit nach Bedarf.
Lots Lot 1 — Vertrag über die Durchführung regelmäßiger und bedarfsbezogener Kurier- und Transportfahrten: Zur Durchführung der regelmäßigen täglichen Fahrten für den direkten Dokumenten- und Warenaustausch zwischen seinen Standorten und dem Standort eines externen Dienstleisters sowie weiterer Fahrten nach Bedarf. Grundsätzlich ist von einem Transport per PKW auszugehen. Der Einsatz sonstiger nachhaltiger Transportmittel, insbesondere bei innerstädtischen Touren (Kurzstrecke), ist möglich. Es handelt sich dabei um Fahrten zwischen dem Hauptsitz der hkk und weiteren hkk-Standorten in der Stadt Bremen und in der Stadt Oldenburg, dem Standort eines externen Dienstleisters (aktuell in der Stadt Hannover) sowie Fahrten zu Adressen in Bremen und den angrenzenden Landkreisen sowie im Einzelfall in ganz Deutschland.
