The Owner is requesting submissions for Qualification of Contractors to be invited to tender the following work: .1 Construction of a new 7.45 ha primary cell and a 223,600 m3 storage cell, including compacted clay liner, related structures and piping; .2 Miscellaneous infrastructure upgrades, including improvements to existing transfer piping and manholes, perimeter ditching and grading; .3 Provision of roads for ingress and egress to the location of all work required; .4 Clean-up of site; .5 Repair of defects for one year after completion of the work.

Inquiries shall include the subject line: “Northern Village of Sandy Bay and Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation Sandy Bay No. 202 Sewage Lagoon Expansion - Request for Qualification” and the applicant’s company name. Inquiries will be received up until 5:00 pm C.S.T. on Friday, September 25th, 2026. Any inquiries received after this time will not be responded to.
