La SHDM procède à un appel d’offres public pour le remplacement du système de contrôle d'éclairage au 801, Brennan à Montréal. Le mandat consiste à réaliser tous les Travaux conformément aux Documents contractuels. Sans s’y limiter, la portée des travaux consiste principalement à réaliser le remplacement du système de contrôle d’éclairage existant au 801, rue Brennan à Montréal. Le nouveau système devra être en mesure de gérer à la fois le parc de luminaires fluorescents en place et les nouveaux appareils de type DEL installés par la Ville dans le cadre des aménagements requis pour les bureaux en mode hybride dans l’Immeuble, tel que plus amplement décrit aux Plans et devis en annexe. Les Travaux seront réalisés dans un immeuble de dix (10) étages, situé au coin Nord‑Est de l’intersection des rues Duke et Brennan, face à l’autoroute Bonaventure.
