The 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) at Fort Campbell, KY, requires a one-year license agreement for a comprehensive Cognitive Performance Assessment System. This system is essential for evaluating and enhancing the cognitive abilities of Special Forces operators, which are critical for mission success in high-stress, dynamic environments. The required solution includes the provision of a scientifically validated cognitive testing platform, all necessary hardware, software licenses, and related support services. The primary objective is to measure and analyze the cognitive processes that underlie rapid, split-second decision-making. Questions are due August 31, 2026 1400 CST. Key Requirements:

• Cognitive Assessment: The system must be a computer-based testing platform capable of measuring cognitive performance with millisecond precision.
