SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF TWO 2 400 mm DIAMETER SMOOTH WALL STEEL PIPE CULVERTS BY SLEEVING on Highway No. 1, 5.52 km west of its junction with Municipal Road No. 605; for a TOTAL LENGTH OF 199 m. Bidders shall submit all inquiries pertaining to the Bid Package documents a minimum of 3 business days prior to close of bidding directed to: Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement The intention of the debriefing is to aid the Bidder by identifying areas of improvement that may be applied to subsequent procurement opportunities.
