This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) on behalf of the Ministry of Highways (MoH), to prospective Respondents to provide Responses for the provision of Heavy Equipment Trailer Leasing, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars. Pre-Qualified Suppliers will be invited to bid in the second stage of this process. Generally, MoH would expect to enter into a three year lease however other options could be reviewed.

Participation process
