This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued as part of a collaborative procurement initiative between CARE, Plan International, Save the Children International (SCI), and Mercy Corps (individually a “Party” and collectively the “Participating Organizations” or “Parties”). The Parties seek to establish long-term framework agreements for the supply and delivery of IT hardware, accessories, and associated lifecycle services to support their global operations. The objective of this RFP is to identify qualified suppliers capable of delivering standardized, scalable, cost-effective, and sustainable end-user device solutions across diverse operating environments worldwide.
