6. Thedoorsshouldhaveprovisionofsealingtoavoidenteringofwaterintothestrong

room while the door is closed and limit switch to disconnect the electrical supply to strongroomoncethedoorisclosed.

7. Thevendorisboundtobuybacktheoldandnon-BISstrongroomdoorwithgrilledgate,

ifrequiredbyBank.

8. Paymentof90%ofthecostofequipmentshallbemadebytheBranchtotheSupplieron

receiptofthespecifiedgoodsatthesiteandsuccessfulinstallationoftheequipment. PaymentofbalanceamountshallbemadebytheBranchafter3monthsfromthedateof installationprovidednodefectsareobservedduringthisperiod.

9. Noadvancewillbepaid

10.LiquidatedDamages-lfthesupplierfailstodelivertheGoodsordoesnotperformthe Serviceswithinthetimeperiod(s)specifiedintheContract,thePurchasershall,without prejudicetoitsotherremediesunderthecontract,asumequivalentto1%perweekofthe deliveredpriceofthedelayedGoodsorunperformedServicesforeachweekofdelay until actual delivery or performance, up to a maximum deduction of 10% of cost of equipment. Once, the maximum is reached, the Bank may consider termination of contractandshallbeentitletoterminateit. 11.Incompletequotationshallberejectedandnofurthercommunicationinthisregardwill beentertained.Theofferershallnotmakeanycorrection/alterationonthesedocuments. Overwritingoffiguresisnotpermitted.Failuretocomplywitheitheroftheseconditions will render the tender void.
