ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK Nepal Resident Mission (NRM) Supply and Installation of Audio-Visual Equipment for the Refurbishment of ADB REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is a multilateral development finance institution established in 1966 with its headquarters based in Manila, Philippines. In this regard, ADB invites interested and qualified firms to submit a competitive quotation for the supply and installation of audio -visual equipment . Detailed requirements and specifications are provided in the technical documents available through ADB’s eProcurement system. Interested companies should ensure they meet the following mandatory criteria: (i) Have the nationality of the eligible country in accordance with Appendix 14. The meeting invite will be sent in Coupa Message Center. (3) The deadline for submitting bids through ADB's procurement system is 2 October 2026 at 5:00 PM Kathmandu time.
