1. The Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, through the JSC Uzsuvtaminot (UZST) as the Project Implementing Entity (PIE) , is implementing water supply and sanitation investments in Bukhara Region financed by the loan proceeds of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB). The Bukhara Region Water Supply and Sewerage Project Phase I has been under implementation pursuant to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 482 dated 12 August 2020. 2. JSC "Uzsuvtaminot" now invites eligible c onsulting firm s ( “Consultants”) that meet the requirements below to submit an Expression of Interest. The consulting services include preparation of detailed design documents, tender documentation, project management and construction supervision services. 3. Interested firms are encouraged to provide comments, feedback, and suggestions on the draft Terms of Reference (ToR) as part of their Expression of Interest submission; such inputs may be considered by the UZST during the finalization of the Request for Proposals (RFP). 4. Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a sub -consultancy. In the case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall be assessed and shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected. A vague definition such as “in common with” and / or “in affiliation with”, etc., may result in not being considered for shortlisting. …
