La mission s’inscrit dans le cadre d’un projet conjoint OIT-HCR de Renforcement de la cohésion sociale des réfugiés et communautés hôtes. - diagnostiquer l’état sites/ouvrages et proposer les solutions de réhabilitation/construction adaptées.

- identifier les matériaux, équipements et autres ressources locales mobilisables.
- définir les méthodes d’exécution HIMO, les rendements, les besoins en main-d’œuvre et en matériels ainsi que l’articulation appropriée entre travail manuel et mécanisation.
- élaborer les plans, métrés, spécifications techniques, estimations de coûts et planning prévisionnel des travaux.
