Rammeavtalen omfatter oppdrag knyttet til graving og massetransport på eiendommer forvaltet av de forskjellige BIR selskap. Mye av arbeidene vil være tilknyttet Boss nettet og andre nedgravde avfallsløsninger som befinner seg på offentlig grunn eller på annen privat grunn. Eksempler på oppdrag kan være opp- og nedgravning av tanker, graving av grøfter, utbedring og drenering, graving i forbindelse med reparasjon av rør, ifb. Også asfaltering, pigging/sprenging, massetransport, arrondering av utomhusanlegg osv. Arbeider i rammeavtalen vil variere, men anslås til 5-10 oppdrag pr. år. Akutt bistand antas å oppstå inntil ca. 2 ganger per år. Oppdragene kan være av ulik størrelse.
