Oppdraget skal utføres i BIRs adm. bygg på Lungegårdskaien 42. Kantinen ble første gang tatt i bruk i mars 2023. Kantinen er utstyrt med nødvendige kjøkkenmaskiner, inventar og løsøre. Strøm, off. avgifter, internett, bestikk, porselen, nye kjøkkenmaskiner/ løsøre samt daglig renhold av kundeareal tas hånd om og bekostes av BIR AS. Kantinen kan dekke et dagsbehov på ca. 80 ansatte + eventuelle gjester som er på bygget. BIR tar forbehold om at antall besøkende til kantinen vil variere. Det estimeres at det vil være i snitt ca. 35-40 brukere/ besøkende per virkedag. (Se vedlegg 4 for nærmere info om besøk per uke i kantinen i perioden 1. januar 2026 til 19. april 2026). Dette i hovedsak begrunnet i hjemmekontor ordning for BIR sine medarbeidere. I forhold til senere krav og prisoppsett skal Tilbyder legge til grunn 35 brukere i snitt per virkedag (mandag – fredag).
