Samlet antatt tilbudsomfang for hele avtalen estimeres uforpliktende til ca. 8 MNOK i kontraktsperioden. Dette er kun et estimat basert på tidligere omsetning/ forventet omsetning og er ikke forpliktende for Oppdragsgiver i kommende avtaleperiode. Avtaleperioden vil være fra 16.02.2027 til 15.02.2031. Som øvre økonomiske ramme for avtalen estimeres en verdi på kr 10 MNOK. Det er ikke anledning til å gi tilbud på deler av oppdraget. Med bakgrunn i BIRs egen behovsverifikasjon, oppdragets art og omfang samt kost/nytte vurderinger, vil det bli inngått en samlet kontrakt for ytelsene som omfattes av denne anskaffelsen. Inngåelse av delkontrakter er ikke aktuelt i dette tilfellet da dette vil medføre økt leveranserisiko og økte administrative kostnader.
