Het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf (hierna: RVB) is de vastgoedorganisatie van en voor de Rijksoverheid en is onderdeel van het ministerie van Binnenlandse zaken en Koninkrijkrelaties. Vanuit onze rol als vastgoedbeheerder van het Rijk draagt het RVB onder andere zorg voor de instandhouding & nieuwbouw van het vastgoed van Defensie.

Onze missie is om op een doelmatige en doeltreffende manier zorg te dragen voor gebruiksgereed, veilig en toekomstbestendig duurzaam vastgoed ten behoeve van de activiteiten van haar klanten. Hierdoor draagt zij bij aan het door het Ministerie van Defensie succesvol kunnen uitoefenen van haar kerntaken. Het ministerie van Defensie is, ten aanzien van het beheer en onderhoud van het vastgoed, de klant van het RVB.

De voorgenomen Raamovereenkomst betreft de instandhouding van een deel van het sportvastgoed van Defensie, namelijk de “trainingsfaciliteiten Werken op Hoogte” (hierna: TF WoH). Zie ook paragraaf 2.1.1 van de aanbestedingsleidraad.
