Electrical Contractors empanelled with “ State Bank of India, Thiruvananthapuram Circle ” for works costing equal to or more than the estimated value of work . (Please enclose an empanelment letter issued by the Bank) 2. Copy of Valid Electrical Contractor License issued by Kerala State Electricity Licensing Board to be submi tted along with the Technical Bid (The page showing validity of supervisor also to be attached ). Without valid contract license their Technical bid will not be considered for further process. (contractor should produce original license if Bank’s official asked to do so during the technical bid evaluation ). Partnership firms shall arrange to produce the required document showing that electrical contractor is a valid partner of the firm. 3. Submission of EMD 4. Other Eligibility Criteria, if any, specified. 5 Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) (to be submitted physically along with the technical bid, before due date) As stated in Tender Notice in the form of DD in favor of ‘ State Bank of India’ payable at the concerned RBO.
