Details of tenders are as under: SN Particulars Details 1 Name of work Electrical & Allied works for SBI GROUND FLOOR SECTOR 61, SECTOR – 61, NOIDA BRANCH 2 Nature of Work Electrical Works 3 Time allowed for completion 30 Days from Award of Work 4 Earnest Money Deposit Rs. 2000 /- (Two Thousand only) by means of Demand Draft / Pay Or- der (Valid for a period of 60 Days from the last date of submission of the tender) from any scheduled Nationalized Bank drawn in favor of State Bank Of India payable in Mathura. 5 Last date & time for submission of Technical Bid, Indicative Price Bid and EMD 12.10.2026 on or before 2:00 pm. Note: It is sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure submission of their Tender documents along with EMD by stipulated date and time at spec- ified address failing which they will not be eligible to participate in Ten- dering process. 6 Initial Security Deposit ISD shall be 2% of the quoted Price including the EMD, In case L-1 vendor shall submitted MSME /NSIC regn. Certificate in lieu of EMD, he has to submit 2% ISD before issuance of the Work order. 7 Submission of Price Bid Contractors shall Download the entire Technical Bid to get acquainted with the terms and conditions and shall submit compulsorily the pages of tender documents / undertaking up to 12.10.2026 at 2:00 pm of the technical bid without fail after putting the signature and seal. The Contractor/ Vendor shall sign and stamp each page of the tender document thereby ensuring the number and sequence of all pages. Tender documents without seal and signa- ture of the authorized tenderer are liable to be rejected. 18. No conditions other than mentioned in the tender will be considered, and if given they will have to be withdrawn before opening of the price-bid. 19. The SBI reserve their rights to accept or reject any or all the tenders, either in whole or in part without assigning any reason(s) for doing so and no claim / correspondence shall be entertained in this regard. 20. In case the date of opening of tenders is declared as a holiday, the tenders will be opened on the next working day at the same time. Specified documents shall be sealed in envelopes of appropriate size each of which shall be sealed. First Envelope marked Cover 1 shall contain Earnest Money Deposit instrument as per NIT Envelope marked Cover 2 shall be of adequate size and shall contain envelopes marked Covers 1 & tender document (Page 1 to 10 of this document along with Undertaking as in Annex- ure- I and shall be properly sealed & signed. This envelope shall be endorsed on the outside face as under: “ELECTRICAL WORKS for SBI SECTOR 61, SECTOR - 61, NOIDA” The envelope marked Cover 2 containing the tender documents/ Undertaking as in Annexure- I as per instructions mentioned above shall be submitted in the office of Regional Business Office-2, A-98 B, SECTOR-51, Noida -201301, Distt.
