Het verzorgen van Directievoering ten behoeve van nieuwbouw kantoor- en trainingsgebouw op de vliegbasis Gilze Rijen. De nieuwbouw ten behoeve van de Koninklijke Luchtmacht huisvest kantoor- en trainingsruimtes en daarbij ondersteunende facilitaire ruimtes. Het gebouw is onderdeel van het CLRS (Commando Lucht- en Ruimtestrijdkrachten) op Defensie terrein. De trainingsruimtes omvatten met name ruimtes om de primaire bedrijfsvoering voor te bereiden. De hoofdtaken van de directievoerder staan omschreven in de bijlage ‘22606 - ABAA DNR - X-lijst – Directievoering’ en in de bijlage ‘22606 – ABAA DNR – Opdrachtomschrijving’. De directievoerder voert de directie conform de UAV en vertegenwoordigt de Opdrachtgever tijdens de uitvoerings- en nazorgfase van het project. Uitgangspunt voor de uitvoering zijn de RAW en Stabu bestekken op basis van de UAV. Het te realiseren bouwwerk omvat ca. 8000 m2 BVO (ca. 45 X 100 m1). De nieuwbouw bestaat gedeeltelijk uit 2 bouwlagen met deels een kelder. De hoofddraagconstructie bestaat uit beton en hout, de bouwkundige schil dient te worden gebouwd als EMD schil: volgens de principes van de ‘kooi van faraday’ – het weerhouden van elektromagnetische straling. De nieuwbouw betreft vooral een gebouw met complexe installaties op koel, ventilatie en meet- en regeltechniek. De elektrotechnische installaties bestaan uit hoofdzakelijk: hoog- en laagspanningsinstallatie, data-, brandveiligheid- en elektronische beveiligingsinstallatie.
