De opdracht betreft het integraal voorbereiden en realiseren van energiebesparende maatregelen (EML) binnen de vastgoedportefeuille van Defensie, met als doel om de gebouwen tijdig te laten voldoen aan de wettelijke energiebesparingsplicht en bij te dragen aan de verduurzaming van het Rijksvastgoed.
