Details

The Commonwealth of Australia, represented by the Department of Defence (Defence), invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced and capable parties interested in entering into a Grazing Licence over Defence Estate property known as Yuruga, forming part of RAAF Base Wagga, NSW. Defence is seeking to establish a managed grazing arrangement that supports the ongoing management of the property, with a particular focus on reducing bushfire hazards and overall fuel loads, including grasses, across the site. The proposed arrangement is also intended to support effective land management, including the management of weeds and reduction of weed seed banks, while reducing Defence's requirement to undertake separate land and bushfire hazard mitigation work.

  • Read the full notice and every attached document, including the scope, specifications and any bill of quantities or terms of reference.
  • Check the eligibility criteria — prior similar experience, annual turnover, certifications and registrations — and make sure you qualify before investing effort.
