Maranoa Regional Council invites Tenders for the purchase of five vacant rural residential allotments located on Richardson Lane, Roma QLD 4455.

The allotments comprise Stage 1A of Council’s Police Paddock residential development and have been created to provide additional rural residential land within Roma. Each allotment is approximately two hectares in area and is offered for sale individually.

Council’s objective is to facilitate the development of a modern, well-designed rural residential estate that contributes to increasing the housing supply and provides opportunities for new residential development within Roma. The land is zoned Rural Residential under the Maranoa Planning Scheme and will be sold subject to a development covenant establishing additional standards for the future development and presentation of the allotments.
